This 5-week class series is a wonderful way to begin your Pilates journey. Each 45-minute class will mainly use the Reformer, along with some Tower/Cadillac exercises. Emphasis is on building a strong powerhouse (core) so that you can move with greater ease and less stress. (Maximum 5 participants for individualized attention.)
